Finding community information shouldn’t be difficult, but too often, it’s scattered across WhatsApp chats, emails, and social media. ReemCommunity.org is here to fix that—a simple, resident-driven website where you can find everything in one place.

Whether it’s paint codes, maintenance tips, FAQs, or updates on roadworks, this site is built to make life easier for all of us living in Mira and Mira Oasis.

  • 🚫 Not connected to Emaar or the management company – This is an independent, resident-led project.
  • 🚫 Not an official source of truth – We aim for accuracy, but always verify with Emaar, RTA, or DEWA for official information.
  • 🚫 Not for profit – No ads, no fees—just a community resource.
  • 🚫 Not a marketplace or social platform – There are already plenty of places for this, and managing it would be difficult.

Who built this Website

Just a resident who saw the need for a central place to find community information instead of searching through WhatsApp chats and social media. I have no affiliation, commercial interest, or ulterior motive—just a desire to make life easier for Mira & Mira Oasis residents.

How the Website is Built

For those interested, the site runs on:

  • Umbraco CMS on ASP.NET Core 8
  • Bootstrap 5.3 for design
  • jQuery for interactivity

It’s designed to be simple, fast, and easy to update as the community grows.

What’s Next?

This site will grow based on what the community finds most useful. Future possibilities include:

  • ✅ More FAQs & home guides – Tell us what topics would help.
  • ✅ Expanded business listings – More recommended local services.
  • ✅ A members-only area – For more sensitive community information.
  • ✅ Secure Interest group pages – Pages for teams, classes or other residents group activities.

There are no plans to add a marketplace or comments section, as there are already enough platforms for this, and managing them would be a challenge.
